What do you use as your measurement of record?

Do you use a morning wood type erection with no stretching or warm-up, or do you use a post PE session measurement? For me, there can be a 1/2 inch difference in NBPEL between the two.

You mean as an official measurment?

Wood ruler. Sparingly.

A cold PE, stimulated erection. When I am in day off, I just get to 100% erection and measure both girth and length.

Always take at least 2 days off, to reduce whatever temporary swelling there would be. Like I wait 4 days after PE and take about 4-8 erect and flaccid measurements then average them for an official reading. You can do whatever, but it must always be consistent.
