What Has Been Your Best Routine? Post HERE!

Alright so to kick this off I’ll start with mine. The criteria is as follows; best EQ, fullest flaccid, most random erections throughout the day, and obviously steady gain.

So for me it was an imbetween routine I was doing 7 or so months ago. Me and my wife were moving in with her parents while looking and saving for a house and I noticed my routine was getting harder and harder to accomplish everyday. So I started this very mild stretching routine of a good warm up getting an erection and edging for around 6 minutes and then stretching deep SD for another 6 minutes and then SO for 5 all while infront of my space heater. Then doing 100 very slow jelqs at a very mild EQ level. I noticed a large flaccid all day long and the hardest day to day erections I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I am not sure what gains I received other than lasting for days in bed as I didn’t do it for a really long while and I never measured right after.
But as a result I’m dumbing down my current routine to model it after something a little more basic like this one!

Everyone will have their own best routine. But adding heat, and being very very very very consistent is key.

Yes, you’re right. And I hope others will chime in with their best routines.

But my suspicion is that "how" people do their routine is probably half or more of a successful strategy. Pick whatever exercise you like (jelq, stretch, pump, etc.) but how you do your chosen exercise will be the difference maker (are you really consistent? Have you given the routine several months without faltering? Have you applied the right environment for the routine, meaning adding heat, keeping the unit healthy, do you miss days, or skimp on how long you do it, etc).

My best routine and the one I still use is the Incremental Pump Routine. To get started with it use the guidelines given in the second paragraph of the 1st post. I didn’t mention it in the routine, but I always pump with the cylinder wrapped in a heat pad.

Pumping is effective, but it’s also enjoyable. Something really good about feeling the tissues s-t-r-e-t-c-h for a good long time, from the inside out and all along the shaft.

Here is my routine:

* 5 days on 2 days off *

10 minute rice sock warm up @ 37 sec microwave time

5 min dry jelqs

15 min standing stretching with washcloth downward, upwards, left, and right. Underneath left and right leg and also BTC.

10 minute wet jelqs. Make them count!

40 min.

6 minute rice sock warmup

Stimulate with FL then 30 min in tube @ 6hg for every 5 min.
(Decided on keeping Fleshlight as part of routine)

100 kegels in tube.

5 min dry jelqs

5 min. standing stretching with washcloth downward, upwards, left, and right. Underneath left and right leg and also BTC.

10 minute wet jelqs

56 min.

If my dick feels too fatigued, I will only do just 1 set as I have recently discovered after adding in the dry jelqs, my boy is exhausted. Most of the times I can do the complete routine though.

DrKnockboots thank you sir for contributing to this. Your routine although very advanced and timely has to, and I mean has to stimulate growth. Now that you mention all the stretches you do, I might implement a couple more into my night pre pump session! Again thanks bud and best of luck to you
