What is an O bend and how does it work? What is this exercise good for length or girth?

Girth. Search for Orange bends and O-bends.
But unless you’ve done a fair amount of PE, don’t do this. And even if you have, be gentle, take it easy and go slow.

So whats does the Sadsak slinky do different for you then the O bend?

I’m not that familiar with the Sadsak - I’ve understood it to be a fluid movement? The Orange Bend is meant to be “bend-hold-release” at one spot at a time.
