This topic is regularly discussed here. There are some very informative threads and posts. Use the search function and you’ll come across a lot. Some of the most thorough information on the subject has been put forward by Para-Goomba. So if you search his name, you should find this stuff.
Here’s my opinion: The various surveys that have been done, and all the anecdotal evidence, suggests that the “average” erect length of the male penis is between the low 5” range and the low to mid 6” range, say 5.4” to 6.5”, give or take a bit. I think that this vague statistical average is the best we are going to come up with until a much more sophisticated study is done, which may be never.
So if we average these averages, we have something like 6” as the “normal” erect length. Is this bone-pressed or non-bone-pressed? Who knows?
Many here argue the details of this question and these studies—but all in vain, in my opinion. To some, it seems to matter a lot whether the average is 5.8” or 6.1”. To some extent, I can appreciate this concern—but only to a very small extent! The bottom line is, beyond this vague stastical average, we simply do not know! That’s that!
More importantly, this is only a statistical average; it is a mathematical function! It does not mean that the average sized penis that any actual woman has experienced is 6” (or whatever).
We know what the rough range is. We know that 7” or more is above average and is likely to be considered such by a number of women (though not by all!). Conversely, we know that 5” or less is below average and is also likely to be considered such by a number of women (though, again, not by all!).
Much the same is true of girth, though here the statistical average seems to be more consistently 5” circumference. That is, it appears that fewer men deviate from this average, than from the average erect length.
We also know that 8 x 6 is a size that a number of women seem to think is an ideal. Though again, there is obviously variation here from particular woman to particular woman.
Oh, and girth is more important than length. There, that’s about the size of it. (Pun intended!) I doubt if you’ll find anything concrete that deviates from this summary.
