Welcome aboard! Before you spend your money, check some of the links at the bottom of this page. The material here is not as originized as a paysite, but all the basics are covered if you do a little searching. Then for backup, you have the forum and a bunch of members willing to help.

I guess you just don’t understand what Cajun was trying to tell you. THIS IS THE SITE THAT THOUSANDS OF MEN HAVE GONE TO AFTER SPENDING THEIR MONEY ON PAYSITES!!!!! It is all here if you are not too lazy to read and use the search function. Let me give you some keywords to use in your search - Stretching - MOIST HEAT (very important) - Jelqing - Hanging - Pumping - Uli - Horse Squeeze (leave this one alone until you have been at it for about 6 months). It is all here. If you are too lazy to look for it here, just pay any of the sites that you listed and then come back here later. We promise that we won’t trash you for being stupid -we have all been stupid at one time or another.

Can’t say it enough, you are already at the best PE site on the web. If you feel better with a pay site just send Thunder $30.
Learn to use the search option and pictures are available scattered through the posts. I started at Brandon Reeces site & it was crap. At thunders you get instant responses to questions from guys that have been doing this for years, and gaining inches. NONE of the pay sites has the track record of inches gained that you will find here. Also, the pay sites will push exercises only. For some that is all that’s necessary. The pay sites will give you BS info about how hanging is bad. If it wasn’t for hanging I would have 0 gains.

All that said, check out the reviews on pay sites, and if you must, try some out.

Hey Proreal, Listen when I first got here I had a hard time finding information on different things ( USE THE KEYWORDS JELKTOID MENTIONED ) You’ll get the hang of finding information here and there in different threads. What you do with your money is your doing, but I know you can get all the information here with out paying any money and plus you can chat to other member’s about problems your having with an exercise or anything else. Remember 10 out of 10 people agree that ThundersPlace is the best on PE. Wow! I just noticed that rimmed maybe that can be the official motto? :)

Maybe it rhymed….
