I’ve been PEing off and on for a few years now. Waaay back when I began I was 6.25 BPEL x 5 MSEG, and over the years I’ve increased that to about 7.75 BPEL x 5.3 MSEG. The thing is, my girth topped-out at 5.3 after about 6 months of PEing. If I stop altogether my length stays at 7.5 or so, and girth stays at 5.25. I’ve never been able to get a consistent increase in girth, month on month.

I used to clamp fairly religiously, and in lots of different ways. 3 x 10 minute sets staying as hard as possible the whole time and keeping the clamp on TIGHT, but also having the clamp on tight-ish and just leaving it on for as long as I could manage, and in both instances I’d often hit 6” or more MS while in the clamp. I tried bends a long time ago too, and also dry jelqing throughout the day, and also in one or two daily dry-jelqing sessions. I’ve never tried pumping, and I’ve never tried ballooning. I can’t pump because I don’t have one, and also I don’t particularly like the idea. I can’t balloon because it’s simply not that easy for me to get to THE EDGE because of meds I’m on.

Regardless of all this, what I’d really love and appreciate would be for a couple of girth experts to throw their hats into the ring and advise me on what I can do. At this point the only thing that bothers me about my penis is the girth, and I’d ideally just like to get to 5.5. A quarter of an inch is all I’m looking for. If I can achieve that, then I’ll think about the next step.

PLEASE guys. The girth problem is a puzzle I’ve never been able to crack on my own, so this is a big fat “HELP ME”.

I’ve been looking for a quarter-of-an-inch myself for a while, but I’ve had some recent success (not measuring for a while, as well) with taking it slow; try doing one on, one off, shorten your clamping sessions to one clamp per session - rest is the biggest part of girth gains.

Recently, I’ve been doing this when I jelq or clamp : Achieve an erection of about 80%, then reverse kegel some blood in, and when you’ve got it as full as you can get it, kegel and lock it in, with either your hand or the clamp; when I do this, I work with a lot more blood and I think that really helps. Also, when I clamp, right before I set the clamp, after I’ve reversed kegeled, I push on my perineum, to push my inner penis out, and clamp as close to the base as possible.

I most be doing something wrong myself, at 5.5 girth when I clamp I can only achieve a .25 increase in girth so when when i see other people moving from 5 to 6 it simple shocks me. So I’m here also for help from the old and wise ones.

Any word of advice well be really appreciated.

Then try 3 by 15minutes. Try doing a couple minutes of horse 440s before the clamping to fluff up your dick.

When I was going over 6 in a session, it was from clamping then doing bends in between each set, and squeezes while in the clamp. What I’m going to try now is very few sets of clamping every other day. I’ve never really given it time to grow before. Maybe that was my problem.

Hey Bottom I have an unrelated question. I see you’ve made impressive length gains and right now I’ve been PEing for almost 2 years and have not seen much gains. May I ask what your routine was for length? Thanks.

I can get 1/2 inch in the clamp by wet jelqs and some ulis then clamp.

Length came pretty easily and quickly for me. I went from 6.25 to 6.75 after one month of PE, and that was just a basic newbie routine with kegel stretches whenever I went to the bathroom. I’ve never done any hanging or anything like that. My length has come mainly from kegel stretches before and after whatever jelqing routine I used to do. I went from 7.5 - 7.75 using the penimaster for a few hours every day.

Girth, I believe, goes one of two ways - either you work it incessantly, build up some fluid, and make your dick into some monster looking, discolored object (not naming names), or, you use a light program where you give your dick plenty of rest, and focus on intensity, not duration.

I don’t know if you guys have ever thought of it but while you clamp, masturbate with something that resembles a flesh-light. I got the same amount of expansion in one ten minute session that I would normally get after 40 minutes.
