…if time is short.

My routine is basically just hanging then pumping then clamping. The clamping is occasional because I can’t get it up without my wife to help. I’m mostly interested in girth but need length too.

I would like to do 3 sets each day but sometimes have to settle for one or two, sometimes there are days off.

If I don’t have time to do the full routine, which one is best considering my overall goal of a little more length and a lot more girth? Sometimes there are days when I simply don’t have time to do it.

I’m thinking on those days 2-3 20 or 30 minute low to medium pressure pump sessions throughout the day would be best. What do you vets think?

Clamping is great, if I was in your position, I would go for clamping, no doubt. Try some other way to keep your erection. Porn comes in mind.

I second Bird’s comments.

As long as you feel your penis is conditioned enough to do so I’d say clamping will be best for girth and a little length (IMO).

Thanks guys, notice this part though? Only a few months ago I was completely impotent. I discovered PE through searching for penis health exercises to fix that little problem.

If time is short and she’s available to help, I’ll go with the clamping. For the other short times, what should I go for? The hang or the pump?

I didn’t realise the severity of the problem. Sorry to hear that.
TBH I’d practise making it work through kegels and edging before delving into PE.

I’m sure youve read all over the place ways to get over this, so I won’t add anything more about that.

Littlehobo if you want to you can pump then clamp. This should help you to get a good erection and start you off with good expansion for clamping. I also second bird2’s recommedation of using a little porn.

Yeah and I would also go with clamping if I was in your shoes.
