What's the best way to warm up outside of the home?

I’ve just taken on a new private office space and although there is a bathroom down the hall it is not really a convenient place for me to use my home pre-PE dick warm-up method (immersion in a jar of hot water). I would also like to avoid the microwave/rice sock solution if possible. The heating pads I’ve used didn’t really get hot enough for me to get warmed up as much as I like. Any suggestions? Suggestion on a heating pad the gets really hot?

I was also wondering if anyone has tried to heat up their dick using those “8 hour relief” heating pads. I’m also interested in applying some heat to my dick during my ADS. Any experiences with these kind of temporary heating pads?

Bump this because I would like to know also. I’m not sure about warming up outside of a ‘pe-environment’ but you could fowfer or whatever the hell it’s called to atleast get something in there.

Your hand has some heat in it, try wrapping you hand tightly around your dick to raise its temperature a bit. Do light stretches. ?

Oddly enough, they don’t list penis enlargement as one of their suggested uses, but they are rechargeable and supposedly deliver constant heat. I’ve used a different kind of heating pad before for non-PE purposes, but they were air-activated and I remember I had to keep shaking them to get them to stay warm. That might be good enough for warming up, but not for ADS, unless you like to jump up and down a lot.

qwerty49152: Thanks a lot brother. Something like the thermopad 4” hand warmer is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll get back to everybody if I strike gold (the ability to ADS throughout the day heated).

aom91: I’d just like to be able to do some PE at the office. I sometimes pull all nighters at the office so I’d like to keep PE’ing at the office as an option.

Three words.ky warming sensations

Google for Lavatherm; they are the instant heat packs I use in my clinic. They reach a temperature of 54C, ideal for PE, and stay useably hot for about 45 minutes plus. They work the same as the ones qwerty linked, but come in many sizes.

Thanks firegoat. This is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been thinking of. The fact that these kinds of heating pads are reuseable is especially nice. This whole idea has me thinking in terms of the chair with the hole in the seat for hanging and then wrapping some of these heating pads around the unit for some 45 minute heated hanging sessions. Rock on.

The only downside with them is you have to wrap them in a towel and boil them for about 15 minutes to re-activate them. They can be used 100’s of times though.

Put a kettle and a microwave in your office. A kettle or jug for heating water is not unusual. Then you can heat your jar of water in either.

Yup- between Braingasm and Firegoat’s solutions I’ve got a way to get hot and hang that way….ALL DAY. 7.5 ” here I come….

I got to the gym and think sit in the sauna and jacuzzi before I hit the shower to jelq. Am I achieving the right thing?

The Jacuzzi may not be hot enough to really warm up, but sauna or steam room are very good. I like to keep the heat on while doing PE and don’t think I’d be very popular if I started jelqing in the steamroom of my gym! If you have private gym showers, that is ok, but soap isn’t good to jelq with generally.
