Hey guys,

I have been PE-ing for a year now, and have only gained about 0,60 BPL inches in length, and about 0.5 inches in girth which I think is laughable! My routine consists of a:

- Warm-up
- 500 Jelqs
And a few stretches here are there within my workout.

I have been an “active” poster and reader on Thunder’s Place and I have noticed that be biggest length and girth gains are made with hanging. My current stats are:

Started:

5.75 in BPEL
4.9 in EG

Now (after one year):

~6.30 BPEL
~5.5 EG

My goal is to have:

7.00 in BPEL & 5.5 - 6.0 in girth by the end of this year(End of 2004).

I know that this is doable! But I am loosing my motivation as well as my will to continue spending way too many hours a day jelqing, stretching, massaging, etc my penis to stimulate growth. What advice could you guys give me so that I can achieve my goal? I am willing to hang, jelq, stretch, etc. but I don’t have enough time a day to spend 2-3 hours PE-ing. I have about 30-45min a day, which I think is more than enough.

So go ahead and tell me what routine, and what gains you have made. Anybody is welcome, I will start:

- Warm-up
- 500 Jelqs
And a few stretches here are there within my workout.

Gained 0.6in BPEL & ~0.5in EG in one year.

Started in January
My routine for a day:
1 Hour ; Hang (10 minutes sessions) (homemade jobbie , Bib’s in the mail)
20 Minutes (or till it hurts too much); Stretches All angles, V’s, A’s, rotaries
1 Hour; Pump (6-7 Hg)/Jelq/Squeezes/
~2-6 Hours (or till it hurts to much) ADS (JES Extender) 1,500g

Gains
EPBL ~.21
EG ~.13

Guys,i think you overwork your dicks?
You have rest days?

As many of the vets say,when you hit a plateau,take a couple of weeks off and start again.
Your dick needs some rest.

Ok this is just my opinion.

In the last 1.5 years I have gained 1.5ebp and about .3eg(I did not do girth measurements pre-pe :) ) I am currently at 7.75x5.6. I try to vary my workouts, it keeps my dick guessing. I started with jelquing. After 4 months or so I got up to 500 jelqs per day. Then I stopped pe’ing for about 3 months. I started again with jelquing for a few more months. I made it to 7ebp after about 8 months. I then started to do only manual stretching for about 6 months. I made it to 7.75ebp at close to a year. I took a two month break and started up again in february. Girth, girth, girth is my mantra right now. I have been doing about 300 jelqs and my rendition of “ballooning” as inspired by a recent post here. It seems to work. After I started balooning I gain .1”eg the first week :) I use a cable clamp and maintain 100+% erection for as long as I can stand it, 15-30 minutes, with light massage.

When I have time on the weekends, I will balloon. Then take a hot shower and jelq. I can feel EVERY jelq when I do this.

There is way to much hurt in your routine and it goes on for way too long. You have no healing time which is key to growth. I think you should take a 1 or 2 week break and start again without the pain trip you are on. I would bring the pump pressure down to 5-6 and quit the JES for awhile. Give you cock time to recover between workouts! I think you will be amazed how you respond if you eliminate the hurt factor.

John, it appears to me that hangers make great gains, so I put more effort into my manual stretches…much more than what I give jelqing. Perhaps you should consider taking more time to stretch and less time (or reps) jelqing?

My routine has evolved since I’ve started, but currently:

1. Hot-wrap three 2 minute sets (I keep re-soaking the wash cloth with hot water between sets).

2. Dry my member, then dab some powder behind the glans and stretch a lot. I focus more on pulling my wang from under my thigh inBTC. I usually do around 10 one to one-and-a-half minute sets of these. But I also stretch SO, the sides, and other various angles.

3. My jelqing? Well, I prefer doing this with a full erection, so I do 4-5 sets of 50 reps.

I just took off 5 days for a busted vein. I don’t understand the pain trip thing. I do stop if the pain gets too bad. I admit, I have always had a hate hate relationship with my little dick, but the last thing I want to do it break it.

I will bring the pressure back down. My forskin is a blister highway right now. I’ll put the JES away for a few days.

Do you think I should take more then one day off a week? The “hurt factor” is a side effect, not a goal.

I thought pain from noose ADS’s, stretches, and hanging was fairly normal.

Ulcasterdropout: As gprent and Andrew said above, you are doing way too much. I copied this from the PE FAQ & Glossary, I think you ought to read it a couple of times and make some changes to your routine before you do some irreparable harm to yourself. And remember, PE should never hurt. I’ve never experienced pain nor have I ever worked myself to the brink of pain and I’ve gained about 1.3 inches EBPL in one year.

Common sense is essential if you plan to start doing PE. Only you will know what methods are right for YOU. Only you will know if you need to stop and rest for a day or two. If anything you do causes anything more than a comfortable soreness, stop immediately!! You should never feel sharp pains, numbness, or extreme coldness anywhere on your penis.
Probably the most common error a new PE-er will make is being overzealous about his new found knowledge. Trying to do too much too quickly can cause irrepairable harm!! Ease your way into a routine you feel is right for you.Hot wraps will reduce the occurrence of minor injuries such as burst capillaries, bruises, and thrombosed veins.

I would love to spend that much time on my dick, but am a student, athlete, and a worker. I don’t have too much time to spend on my dick after 4 hours of workout, 6 hours of school and 4-6 hours of work. I got to live to. I need something, short, and efficient.

I guess I will get into hanging. I will also stretch more

I was just telling you my routine, not suggesting it. If I slept normal, there would be no way in hell I could fit all that into a day either.

You say, “I need something short and efficient.” I don’t think “short and efficient” exists in PE.

Here’s how I gained 1.50” girth and 2.75” length in four months time: half hour a day for the first two weeks (jelq), an hour a day starting week three (jelq), ninety minutes a day by week six (jelq), and two hours a day by week nine (add stretch). During the third month I added stretching as I began the two hour a day marathon. It was during that month that I gained a quarter inch a week. I am only stretching now to maintain.

Wow, those are insane results! I am a newbie… I would love to reproduce your gains; suppose I will try to do what you did. The 1/4 inch a week figure during the one period is so impressive to me. Great job. Do you excercise your dicks everyday? I am an ex-athlete and all and rest days are drilled into my head. (like 1 day on 1 day off)-peej

You shouldn’t expect the kind of gains Horsehung says he has had. They are unlike anything we’ve seen before.
Don’t expect to reach your goal in less time than a year. Even then you’d have to keep hell of a pace.

You need to start aggressively stretching your dick. I feel this is totally underrated and is very effective. But start slow mind you :)
