When do we grow

When do we grow

I was wondering when do you believe we grow? Is it at night while we sleep? Is it after we exercise? Is it during the day, while we are busy running errands etc.? Is it only on rest days?

I noticed my new confirmed gain after a two day rest. I decided to take a two day rest because I have been doing horse 440s and I am new at them.

Ok, so if it is on our rest days do you believe that the growth occurs while we are awake or asleep?

Yeah, I can’t believe someone figured out what I was thinking. It’s like your reading my mind.

No, I’m trying to see if, like other parts of the human body, the dick grows when we are asleep. If this is the case, then not getting a full nights sleep could cause us to not recover fully and either or both possibilities may occur (1) due to lack of sleep, which results in less recovery time the potential for injury from over training may occur. (2) We may not recover completely, which would inhibit our gains. If we grow in the REM stage of sleep and do not sleep long enough for our bodies to reach this stage, then we are cheating ourselves.

This would be like going to the gym and exercising properly, then going home and eating fast food. So this is why I am trying to figure out when our dicks grow.

IMO:

It grows when you stretch. You can see results with BPFSL at the end of your routine.

There is no “hidden gain” and it will not grow more in the night.

A rest can give you back a potential grow to the next routine, by “healing”/”adding new cells” and other microscopic modifications to the vascular and nervous system.

It doesnt grow in the night.

So the penis is the only part of our body that does not grow while we sleep. Instead it regenerates throughout the day?

When people say we “grow at night” it is because when you sleep your brain produces chemical substances (Growth hormone) that changes osteoblasts/osteoclast activity at the extremity of you bones when you are young. BUT it doesnt mean you litteraly grow at night, it means your BRAIN produces more substance at night, we grow all the day but we need a long night to produce enough Growth hormone.
Most of the cells dies, and is recreated by mitosis (cell cycle) ALL the time. There are a few cells in our body that stoped or slowed down mitosis a lot (like neurons), or use the “meiosis” instead, it doesnt concern the penis.

I would like to add that growth hormone has nothing to do with regeneration in PE.

If you sleep a lot it wont change anything.

I appreciate your response. I was more worried about not sleeping enough. I don’t sleep more than 4 hours a night and I was worried about this affecting my growth. Thanks for alleviating my worries.

Something for you jb:

PE needs such stretchs to be effective, that it creates “microtears” for sure, (less if you do a warmup) there is no doubt, BUT it doesnt mean those micro tears are responsible of the gains, most of the gains in body modifications are due to collagen fibers that are reorganised, it is like a bubble gum you stretch.

You dont need to “heal” to gain, you need to heal to not break your dick, by aggravating tears you unfortunaly had to do in your routine if you want to be effective.

If we had the perfect warmup/force/time ratio, we could gain maybe 1 inch per week with no microtears at all . If the penis was just skin (unfortunaly it is not) we could stretch it 2,7X its length without any recovery/addition of new cells with this theorical perfect ratio.
