When you excercise run does your penis get cold turtle

I was playing some tennis, and after the game noticed my penis was a bit turtled, and was pretty damn cold. I can only assume this is normal, but perhaps I have bad circulation. It has always been this way for me.

This is not normal. Your penis will eventually shrivel up and turn inside out, essentially making you a woman. On a serious note. This is perfectly normal. Happens to just about everyone.

It sounds like you need to wear an extra pair of shorts, or a mink jock-strap. Your penis should not get cold unless the temperature is below 40 deg F and you have little protection in the way of clothing.

Your circulation is somehow being cut-off during the exercise, or you forgot about the ice pack you put down your shorts. You might want to get it checked out inorder to save future generations.

I have always been a loose boxer guy. I guess if I wore tight underwear, that the warmth from my thighs would keep it warm no matter what. With boxers it’s free to dangle around in the air, which probably makes it cold.

It’s not a thing to get worried about. I get that too and it’s perfectly normal.

Anyways,you’ll also notice that your balls are less warmer than any of your body parts.

God how I would love to get the opposite. Unless I wrap my dick before going to the gym, it will become tiny after a few sets of anything heavy.

It happens because your blood goes to parts of the body that require it most. When you are working out, playing tennis, or running, your muscles need the blood, not your cock. You most likely aren’t thinking about reproducing while doing this activities. Although some of these activities may increase your chances of reproducing…

It happens to me also. I play Ice hockey and it is always shrivelled after the game. Its been this way as long as I can remember, my whole life. It has to do with the blood requirements by the heart when exercising.

But what about those cycling men from Tour De France, Giro d’Italia etc?

Is it a myth that they all have a big one? Because you can clearly see (f.e. at the podium) that they are all well hung, even after they have been cycling for over 5 hours.
There is one thing that I once heard on TV; those cycling pros put a piece of meat down their pants, not only to make it look bigger, but also to avoid pain.
Even if that’s true, I don’t understand how it can make a bulge of what looks like a big penis.

Most likely they would have something down their pants.. Could you imagine sitting on one of those tiny little bike seats for such a long time?? You would have like nothing left afterwards. Also those cyclists have a very low body fat % so their NBPEL would be much higher than a normal guy.
