I rubberband clamp 2x10 minutes 3 times a week, I do manual hand clamps & ULI’s 3 days a week and I do 95% erect jelqing 3 days a week.

I only kegel while clamped, nothing else needed here.

3 days on, 2 days off.

As you can see I am fully concentrating on girth and I gained 1/4” this last month - by using this method.

I warm up for 30 minutes with a rice sock and my routine is as follows

10 minutes jelqing in between 15 minutes clamping with one clamp on the second tooth. After the second set I add another clamp and finish off the workout. Only reason I am using two clamps for the last two sets is because I am trying to push some of the girth up the shaft a so I can expand my MSEG. 200 jelqs in the morning with 30 minutes of stretching before I head off to work

I guess I’m on the lower end of the time scale. I limit my self to 12 to 15 minutes with a 5 to 10 minute break between sets. My dick gets black enough at the 12 to 15 minute mark so I wouldn’t feel comfortable going past that. I really can’t claim any significant gains from clamping though I love the exercise. My wife complains now so I don’t normally do any clamping for her sake.

Yes, I gained 3/4” mainly from clamping and some squeezes. But, I don’t feel it is that great. I feel like in two years I should have gained at least gained 1”. I want at least another 1/2 inch. I have been doing squashes and erect jelqs for about two months. They seems to be increasing girth. I will measure in January.

Tiod: are you kidding? 3/4 inch gain in girth is HUGE. Have you calculated your penis volume increase? I would kill for 3/4 in 2 years.

Has anybody ejaculated intentionally, or accidentally while clamped up tight? What happens, or what would happen? Could it be dangerous at all?

All I can say is it’s very intense and very explosive if you get the clamp off at the right time.

You’ll ejaculate in RETRO. Meaning that your semen will blow back into the bladder. Doesn’t hurt anything unless you damage the mechanism that clamps the bladder line off to propel the semen out the penis shaft. I had this happen after an abdominal operation. I couldn’t ejaculate at all for close to a year when the nerves finally grew back and I could again spurt outward instead of inward. Orgasm felt the same but it lost some of its umph.

That is actually how to get a great pop when you orgasm…..Squeeze the penis midshaft and then squeeze th muscle. YOu can confirm this by urinating naturally, without “pushing” and slightly squeezing the penis. The urine stream become stronger. It works the same way that dropping the diameter of water pipes works to increase water pressure.
