Wheres The Time Gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reading on some of the pages Iam amazed at the amount of time that seems to into PE. I currently work from home and get time to put in about an hour a day. Ive been doing it pretty regular for about 3 mths with limited to no gains. I’ll probably carry on for another 3 months and if no joy then happens jack it in. 6 mths seems the min recommended by most people here.
How do some people get the time to fit it in everyday I’d be interested to know?
If I get minimal results from it and have to maintain the routine to keep the minimal gains Im not going to bother. If I get a good increase thats a different story.
Does anyone else feel the same?
Can anyone think that I could be doing something wrong not to have gained a great deal so far?
I jelq for around 5 - 10 mins, hang for 30 - 40 mins and pump f0r 10 - 15 mins. It looks great after pumping with a massive increase but this is generally temorary.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
