Reading on some of the pages Iam amazed at the amount of time that seems to into PE. I currently work from home and get time to put in about an hour a day. Ive been doing it pretty regular for about 3 mths with limited to no gains. I’ll probably carry on for another 3 months and if no joy then happens jack it in. 6 mths seems the min recommended by most people here.

How do some people get the time to fit it in everyday I’d be interested to know?

If I get minimal results from it and have to maintain the routine to keep the minimal gains Im not going to bother. If I get a good increase thats a different story.

Does anyone else feel the same?

Can anyone think that I could be doing something wrong not to have gained a great deal so far?

I jelq for around 5 - 10 mins, hang for 30 - 40 mins and pump f0r 10 - 15 mins. It looks great after pumping with a massive increase but this is generally temorary.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

5-10 min jelq isn’t too much time, maybe up that to about 20 and incorporate some more advanced moves such as squeezes and ulis. Jelwing didn’t do much for me, I only respond to the “hard core” PE exercises. Shouldn’t take too much time out of your day. 30-40 min 5X per week is enough to make good gains. Write back with any questions or comments you might have.

I dont know man what are you most interested in? Length or girth? If your schedule really is as tied up as you make it sound…IE you never waste time watching T.V…..and get up as early as you can…or go to bed as late as you can…..etc….I’d find out what I wanted most and then go for only that until I got that goal. If you wanted mostly length I’d say spend all your PE time on length exercises whether you chose hanging or stretching. The same goes for girth. Then again I dont expect you to gain much if anything. Youre going at this with a pretty negative and short term attitude. You could quit after seeing nothing for 6 months when the first week of month #7 could have been that week you saw that first 1/4” gain. 30 minutes a day is not at all a lot of time to devote to something like this.

I dont consider 6 months to be short term. If ive been doing it for 6 months in the hope that soemthing wil happen and then keep giving it 6 months I’ll be going for years with no payback. 6 months should be long enough for me to decide whether Im likely to benefit from the routine or not I reckon. What does anyone else think?

When I first started out I was asking the same question…Whre does the time come from. The person that was my mentor with the likeness of a drill instructor said, “GET UP 2 HOURS EARLIER, if you want a bigger dick you will find the time” Those words have always stuck with me.

I agree with DLD, you make time for those things you want. Me I want a huge dick, so I put in at least 2hrs/5 days a week.

How long untill results show?

I’ve been at it nearly two years, although consistency has been a touch spotty from time to time.

I’ve added about 1 1/2 inches, however…

One inch came in my first month, the other 1/2 inch came over the course of two weeks in which I was doing some hardcore jelquing in a sauna.

(Don’t ask)

So…

Of those 96 weeks of work, I’ve only grown during 6 weeks.

Now, the question:

Were the other 90 weeks wasted?

I’m inclined to believe yes. However, I will grant that as we don’t fully know how the body adapts, maybe that 60 weeks of zippo-gains was required to lead up to that 1/2 inch growth spurt.

If that’s the case, I’m looking at another 30 weeks for the next 1/2 inch.

But I don’t really believe this school of thought. I think that when conditions are optimized, growth will occur. And on this note, I’ve come across the odd post in the past that suggest diet, rest, and health are more important than the actual choice of PE exercise.

I’m new here, what do the old timers think?

(So to answer the original question, it is my belief that if you are not receiving gains after 1 month, something is amiss. And, honestly, I think a week should be plenty. I’ll let you know when I can achieve this standard!)

Finding this may be one of the toughest things for a new user and that is why I encourage anyone who is discouraged to talk about it here so they might get the advice they need.

I completely agree with you on the last sentence, but six months is definitely short term.

Of course, if one routine doesn’t work, and having given it sufficient time, it is time to CHANGE, not quit. Have you tried hanging for example, or Horse squeezes, an all day stretcher etc etc. PE has many options, and in most cases takes time to optimize the activity chosen. I’ve been PEing for quite a while now, but have only started doing Blasters, but still haven’t got the gist of them yet…may even take a couple of more months before I do them with max benefit.

I would definitely add some manual stretches…I think they are crucial for early stage length gains.

Yea that’s pretty much what I was trying to convey in my reply without coming right out and saying the guy’s a pussy with no long term drive to see it through until he sees some sort of return…..that if ya truly want a bigger penis you’ll MAKE the time. I also agree that (unlike the character of most people in society) when one routine does not work or get you the results you truly want to get….it’s time NOT TO QUIT but, to change and, try something new. Then again not everyone takes this Penis Enlargement stuff so seriously. It’s still in the back of their mind a scam or something taboo that’s giggled about or laughed off in public.

This is a very personal thing. For some it is more important, and even becomes an obsession. They go out of there way do make PE work.

Others are less ‘worried’, would like a larger dick, but don’t lose any sleep over it. If it works, cool, if not, then hey - no probs.

Nobody is knocking the opinions of others. There are more important things in life than a bigger dick, and the opportunity cost for some is just too great.

One must weigh up his individual case, and decide what his opportunity cost is. Unfortunately, PE is not a short term thing, and requires a certain amount of dedication. The more one can dedicate, the more likely he is to see results.

I agree, luckily for me, I’ve worked my schedule around to where I have two hours of my day for PE(split up). Even if I didn’t have that flexibility, I think I would sacrifice something so I would have time for PE. I guess thats why I fall under the obsessed group. I prefer to call myself over-dedicated ;)

You said you hang for 30-40 min? Is that every day? If you are hanging for that long several days a week you should have seen some growth. How much weight are you hanging? In order to gain you have to keep pushing your limits. You might evaluate you effort and maybe you’ll see you’re not trying as hard as you think. Stick with it man! I believe that anyone with dedication can and will achieve growth.

Much like northstar, most of my gains have come in short periods of time with long droughts in between. I will go for months without anything then in one week 1/4” appears. Keep at it and gains are sure to come.
