Which is the more vital?
Often I reach home quite late. By the time I cook, eat, wash up and bath, it is nearing bedtime.
I will usually complete my PE routine, which takes at least 45 min. But sometimes, I really do not wish to sacrifice sleep by doing PE.
I wish to ask which part of my routine I can dispense off, If I don’t have time on particular days. With sufficient time, I’ll still do the entire routine to completion.
I am seeking length gain.
The following is my routine:
Warm up in warm water - 5 min
Stretching - 10 min
Pumping - 10 min
Wet Jelq - 10 min
Warming - sometimes I do; sometimes I don’t
Kegel - I skip
I’d done PE for almost 3 months, without noticing gain.
What should I do now?
