So I am wondering what percentage of us on here has not reached their goal, but feels they have been truly dedicated to PE?

Have you hit a plateau?

What did you do to overcome this plateau?

Have you honestly been dedicated?

What was your routine that worked the best?

What routine/exercises were you doing when you did gain?

What routine/exercises were you doing when you were not gaining?

Were you wearing an ADS? If so, how many hours a day?

Well I’m sure many people are doing everything right and haven’t reached their goal simply because it hasn’t been enough time. I would think within a year or two I’ll be close to mine but if not I’ll keep experimenting till I do then probably got beyond.

I have not reached my goal yet but I am not far from them. 0.5” in both length and girth, then I’m there. I am just a little worried that my clamping prevents me from reaching my length goal. I know other members who has clamped for a long time and they seem to not be able to gain in length anymore. I want that extra half inch so perhaps I restart my length exercises after new year until I reach it.

I hit a plateau and it’s hard to keep motivated when you don’t see any gains in 6 months or so. I’m now gonna restart my PE for the 4th time or something.

It can be frustrating when things do not get bigger but it does take time and patience. Any sane man would have given up by now but it is something one does in the hope that it grows. I am hoping for a growth spurt soon….. Consistency is the key. It is not easy but I will keep battling on until my goals are met.

Yeah, I have been truly dedicated, but I still have not gained my last 0.5” to 6” girth.

I hit a plateau a couple years ago.

The only way I was able to make my dick budge (lengthwise) is by investing approx. 3 hours into PE 5-6 days a week and life just prevents that from happening. I am dedicated to a point but after that point I’d rather have my life than a bigger dick.

If you don’t see results with a routine after a while do not be afraid to experiment. I wasted a LOT of time trying to force it with routines that just weren’t working.

Antistar, I’m just curious, what growth had you experienced at the point where you hit the plateau you mention? Also, how much were you able to budge it with the super high level amount of PE you mention you did after that?

I have been on a plateau for about 8 months. I hit my girth goal but still about 3/4 of inch from length goal. I’m a very patient man.

I haven’t reached my girth goal. I wanted to have 6.0 mid-shaft, but at 5.75 mid-shaft my base girth and head girth is 6.0 and any more girth gains will make oral more difficult than it has to be. This limits me mostly to length gains now. I can only reach my 7.75 with particularly strong erections, very often it’s closer to 7.5” BPEL, and I haven’t been able to get past that for a while now. I really just wanted to get to 8 even for now. But it looks like I won’t be able to do that with manual exercises. I really wanted to avoid hanging, but I might have to look into it now. I’ve also been looking into pumping.

Either way, I’m done with girth for now. The length is actually plenty for practical purposes, but I’m going to continue working on it for fun. There’s really no length goal. I’ve successfully gained a significant amount, there’s really no length that would make me want to stop. Only if I truly couldn’t gain another quarter inch would I want to stop. So I guess my goal is to go as far as I can with length. Whether that is 8” or 12”…

I have been truly dedicated to PE for the last 2 years but in all honesty, I am about where I expected to be in terms of growth (I am a very hard gainer). Since I have gained in the past couple of months I can say that I am not in a plateau for now. My recent gains comes from hours and hours of manual work and clamping (which is the routine that has worked best for me). The only routine I had which gave me a lack of gains was hanging.

I had pretty steady gains for some time then all of the sudden everything stopped. I switched to hanging and was very dedicated. I was putting in at least 4 hours every day of actually being strapped in. After about 40something days I suffered an injury and stopped hanging. It’s been over a year since I’ve gained and so I’ve switched to girth work for a few months in hopes that it will produce some gains. Eventually I’d like to go back to hanging and take it a little light so I don’t sustain another injury. I think since my injury that I haven’t been as dedicated as I was when I first started. I haven’t been wearing my ADS like I should. Hopefully I will start wearing it more and gain.

Sorry for the slow reply. I grew ~1.5” in length and ~0.5” in girth. I was able to eke out another 0.25” in length and zero girth with that method. It was basically a LOT of manual PE.

I’m definitely planning on coming back to PE in the new year. My new routine is going to consist of 1-3 sets of active exercise (haven’t decided on hanging or stretching yet but probably hanging) and a lot of ADS. When I say all day stretcher I do mean ALL DAY. I want 0.75” more length and I want it this year. We shall see how it goes.
