First off any KING has the same thing in common. Dedication. Workouts AM/PM. Or all freaking day long. For months and months. I have read all the big gainers and they ALL HAVE THIS.

Lastly everybody who contributes ANY LITTLE BIT of info they gain wither they think its right or wrong. Throwing out any idea that they think they have learned that may help somebody else. So stop lurking.
