I wear mine 8+ hours a day and yes, I have to have a break. I usually take an hour break around lunch time.

Yeah, I’ve heard its best to wear it 0.5-1” below erect length or the tissue is under too much tension or something. I guess its like stretching because one time I sat on the floor with my legs spread out to losen my groin muscles and after 30mins I felt fine but the next day they were even tighter and hurt like anything, which I guess is what would happen here… well, similar anyway. What did you use as and ADS because I’m looking to buy

Also, if anyone who gained good from stretching could tell me the intensity they used that would also be great. E.g. my erect length is 6.5” NBP and about 7” FSNBP, so how hard should I be pulling? Do you think if I stretched it so that the ruler read 6” would it be hard enough?

Maybe, but all the stretchers are based on essentially the same theory for gains, they just use different attachments to the penis.

To be precise though, monkebar’s device (VacExtender) and the penismaster are not identical since the VacExtender stretches your penis to a given length (ie you screw it out to the desired length) while the penismaster has springs in the base so as you stretch to a given length corresponding to compressing the springs some amount and hence a given amount of actual force put on your dick. Of course, the VacExtender puts a force on your dick, you just don’t know how much exactly, hence the advice to stretch X less than your erect length. Anyway, the end growth mechanism behind all of the all-day-stretchers is almost certainly the same - tissue response (growth) to (slight) applied stress over long periods of time.

Oh okay, makes sense I guess. Any advice on the manual stretching thing?

I have little advice about manual stretching. However, I think since the time spent stretching is much less than an ADS the thought is that you have to pull harder. During my stint with manual stretching I stretched my dick until I reached a length that, even if I pulled much harder, I would not increase much past. That corresponded to a little (less than half an inch) over my NBPEL.

I have a penismaster (though I use the modified VacExtender head for attachment, those straps are murder!) and if I recall they recommended (based on their “studies”) that you use ~6-8 N of force. Now all dicks are different, but for me that corresponds to roughly stretching (as measured from the top of the base) to my NBPEL. However, even though I don’t have much of a fat pad, the base does sink in roughly a quarter of an inch.

But remember, listen to your dick and how it responds after the stretching (read the positive/negative indicators thread if you haven’t already) - if your erections are stronger/more frequent and/or your flaccid hang is much bigger, then I would keep it at that stretch level for at least a month and see what happens.

Unfortunately, I am a hideously slow gainer so I have no good results to share.

I tried to use the penimaster, but unfortunately my base girth is so large that it could barely fit into the penimaster when flaccid, creating a very discomforting sensation. I think I may try golf weights when I start hanging again.

Hey L4L, I just read one of your threads and you said you did manual stretching but saw no gains until starting to hang, do you know what your LOT was then because mine is very low and apparently I have to work the upper angles to get some tunica growth, so I was just curious.

I did make some small gains with manual exercises, but didn’t make any huge gains until hanging—almost all of which was done btc.

My LOT was probably between 8 and 9:00, but I wouldn’t put too much faith in it since it is a ‘theory.’ (Although it does seem to apply to many people) I think there are a number of members who have gained significant length hanging btc despite having a low LOT.

My advice would be to hang btc for at least a year straight (or at least try hanging btc for a decent amount of time), while wearing some sort of ads, so you can get as much lig gain as possible.

Tunica gains are much harder than lig gains.
