Why I stopped going over 10 Hg (well maybe 11.5?) water pumping basics
When I started water pumping, my EQ went through the roof and wifey started going crazy.
Going over 10Hg has no benefit, so why do it?
I wanted to post this because when I started I was always at 10 Hg and like everyone here, I started to push even though every vet said not to. Well here is my advice after pushing.
First! I never pushed passed 14 Hg and anyone who has is possibly on the injury forum so talk to them there.
So I was for the first 2 months pushing to 12-14 Hg and I thought, this is great, it is nice and thick but then Edema started creeping in and at first, when you get Edema, you are like, WOW! Free dick girth, but you need to be smarter than this and me. What’s funny is the first time I got Edema, I posted here, NEVER GO ABOVE 10 Hg, it freaked me out. Then I started getting used to it, but now I’m over it.
I’m now wiser. So for the last few weeks, I have been on the 5 x 5 x 3 and I won’t explain what that is, go to MOS matters of size blog for that DLD routine.
Anyway, I have learned that less is more! I do push a little over 10 Hg but I mean no more than 11.5 Hg and now I get very little if any Edema and I can get through my routine better. I find that it is better to pump more days with less time than to pump less frequently with more time per session. I still believe no one should ever pump more than 20 min a day, there is no benefit to going over.
Good luck and I hope this helps.
