Will a stretcher extender work for me?

Hey,
well i tried PE before and didn’t have much luck with it, i want some lenght and some more girth, i feel as if a stretcher would do me good since i think i need to stretch my ligaments first.
Also i have a curved penis, not extremely curved but could be less, can any of these products help?
I am looking into penimaster/ maxXtender

Any actual users?
What gains can i expect from just the stretcher?
