hey jack, I’m actually doing all sorts of different routines as of late (trying them out to see which ones work the best) and in only two weeks of going from what I was doing before (1 solid hour of basic manual jelqing) to a routine of stretches, girth-building exercizes, and more advanced jelqs, I put on a 1/4” length…I was stuck on 7 3/4” EL for like…3 months, which of course made me wanna cry. =P
I started jelqing back in September ‘03, for only 20-30 minutes per day…then in December, I decided to start putting in some serious effort into my jelqing…so I made it mandatory to do 1 hour per day of jelqing, whether I felt like doing it or not…I was doing that all the way until about two weeks ago, when I realized I needed something different to pump out any more gains…so I’m trying all sorts of different methods now, to gain length…I only do manual hand exercizes though, no pumps or weights or any of that stuff…I’m a little bit edgy about putting anything other than a hand (or a pussy :) ) on my dick. =P
I know some say that my routine is a little much, but I like it…I don’t have a job, just go to school and hang around the house most of the time, so when I’m not busy with schoolwork, I figure an hour of jelqing is fine…I have the time and the willpower to do it, so why the hell not right? =)
I do take a few days off in a month tho, like one day a week I relax from jelqing…but I find consistency is key to acheiving real gains.
I guess I can consider myself lucky. I had only been basic jelqing for 8 1/2 months, and I went from 6 1/2”-6 3/4” (can’t remember startout length damnit) to 7 3/4”…for basic jelqing, that’s pretty good. But now that I’m up to 9 months of doing this stuff everyday, it’s time to get into some major PE. =)
