Some how I think hanging works well for me. Clamping is fun anyway, I love it. I will see in a few months what it does.
Read up on BG’s “techniques.” He is currently clamping many hours of every day. When you get to the point where you want to focus on girth, you might want to try something like this. Work up to it, of course. But regular, moderate clamping sessions should work wonders. I think pumping is useful as well. Pumping and clamping together is probably the best way to go.
