I changed from using a long strip of cloth to using a belt which is made of soft cotton elastic stuff :)
the difference is amazing… it blows all up superhard and just stays that way for as long as it’s on, and doesn’t get anywhere near as cold as before.
PS the red spot thing - if I do this wrap thing just after a workout… all the spots dissapear.
about discolouration - I think that mine is caused by the let out blood which sort of stays on the surface underneath the skin…. slowly they disperse and turn to largish purple splotches (darkness) instead of little red dots.
if the red can be forced to spread out evenly then at least the discolouration will be constant and not ‘splotchy’
at least thats my theory. ;)
