My overall goal is 8 X 6, but I would gladly take 7.5 X 5.5. I have been putting most of my effort towards girth gains these past few months and it has helped!

Pumping has definitely helped my girth gains (and flaccid hang). I basically follow avocet8s advice from the pumping 101 thread. I never go higher than 6 hg and I never stay in the tube longer than 10 minutes. Alternating jelquing with pumping is key.

My routine basically consists of manual stretching, jelquing, pumping and O bends:
I warm up with a rice sock for about 5 minutes, stretch for 20 - 30, and then for an additional 45 - 60 minutes I alternate jelquing, pumping, and O bends. You can check for specifics at the PE data site, just click the link on the bottom of the page. ;)
