Ab Silicone

What is the inside diameter of the directselect sleeve?

Versus the auto extender?

If it helps anyone I’ve had sleeves from absilicone, autoextender and LG hanger.

absilicone sleeves are about 0.8” internal diameter but are pretty soft and stretchy, haven’t had any tear yet, they do develop nicks in the ends and you just to trim them. Decent product, poor customer service.

Autoextender sleeves are about the same size, the blue sleeve is harder than the absilicone and probably too hard for a pump sleeve, works great at a clamp wrap.
Monkeybar does a yellow sleeve which is really soft and would work for pumping, the wall thickness is a couple of mm greater than the absilicone though.
Great products and customer service.

LG makes three sizes 0.8 and 1.0 and 1.1” all the same wall thickness and stiffness.
I’d say they are about the same stiffness as autoextenders blue sleeves but not as soft as the absilicone.
Great product and service but very expensive if you’re outside the US.

That’s very helpful to know Capernicus1. Thanks for that. Have you tried using any of these with an extender and/or as an ADS?

There's principalities in the whole thing.

Nope, bought them all to use firstly with vac hangers and secondly as clamping sleeves.

I think for extending you’d be better of with sports wrap like co-flex or similar.

After using the autoxleeve and being blown away with how extremely well it keeps your flaccid stretched and how comfortable it is I think this might be the best ADS there is. Easy application as can be, just get erect roll up the sleeve and let it rollonto your shaft while keeping the penis skin pulled back, wow.

Hardness Comparison Chart | Hapco, Inc.
20A and maybe 30A is the hardness of the silicone needed for tubing and hoses that are sold across various sites for PE. I haven’t been able to find one that fits that bill though in terms of size, diameter, hardness, and in silicone (most are 40A+ hoses or nonsilicone medical tubing). I’m guessing we need something around 1"-innerdiameter, possibly 1.25"-1.5" so long as the silicone is stretchy enough. I’ve seen non-silicone medical tubing that is soft/stretchy for sale but that never comes close to the required diameter, usually much narrower. I wonder where they’re sourcing this tubing/hoses from…

***I think it should be our goal to find a source so we’re not getting hosed on price which is always exorbitant (ie: $10 for *6* inches of tubing…ridiculously overpriced).***
