Adjustable Elastic Strap For Extending/Stretching ??? Need Help

A few years ago I bought a vacuum cup extender that came with an adjustable elastic strap that you wore clipped on to the vacuum cup and strapped behind the neck. It stretched the penis upwards towards the belly button, and the adjustable strap allowed you to do it in any position (seated, laying, standing), and with as much tension as you wanted. The problem is, I can’t find it online anywhere now. And I lost the other one. I need your guys help in finding something similar. I’m attaching to this post a picture of what the strap looked like, except the one featured in this photo is nylon and not elastic, so it doesn’t work the same way. The one I need is exactly like this but elastic.

Go to eBay and look for "shock cord" or "stretch cord." It’s bundles of rubber bands inside a woven sleeve. You can get flat elastic bands, but the round shock cord works better for me.

They sell it in various diameters. Try the 3/16" to start off; if you want more tension you can double it up.

If you go to a hardware store they will have steel "harness rings" in various diameters. They’re usually in the area with the chain and steel cable. If you get a ring you can slide to the base of your shaft, you can tie a piece of shock cord to it, a "dog leash clip" or "keychain clip" to the other end, and pull it around to attach to the vacuum bell. That will give you a to-the-side ADS layout you can use when you take a break from straight-up.

There are a lot of straight-down devices sold, some attaching at the ankle, some below the knee. The problem with the ankle is that it only has tension when your leg is straight out, as in standing. It will be much less when walking, as your knees are bent when doing that, and zero when sitting. The same with a calf attachment.
