I guess there are many ADS-users on Thunder’s and instead of collection wisdom from 100 different (old) threads I want to see if this thread can serve as a guide for people like me who are looking to buy an ADS.

Please state:

Name/brand: no name magnetic steel ball (360 g / 12.75 oz)

Website: several sellers on eBay

Pros: comfortable stretch, looks neat when you’re naked

Cons: hard to hide, easy to fall off, cold glans after no more than 20 minutes

Results: none, couldn’t wear it properly due to cons

The Penimaster Pro.

Everything about it is great. It’s lightyears ahead of anything else I’ve tried.

But it is expensive.

Just started using it so too early for results.

I bought one of these and had to send it back… I wouldn’t fit! Anyone having done girth work or has a naturally thick girth and thinking to buy one of these (it’s a ‘one size fits all,’ device) may have the same problem. Also I couldn’t get the head retainer on. I received a refund for my initial outlay, but am out of pocket for the return postage.

“Complete growth” by ESL40.

Pros : almost invisible under pants ; enough comfortable ; low price.

Cons : “amateur” manufacturing (a lot of bubbles in the silicone) ; only one size.

No results… but I have no results with other techniques either.

Did you try all 3 size configurations (ie without any shims, the shim for average sizes, and the large shim? It took me a bit to figure out how to get into the thing, and for a while I felt things were looking grim, but then suddenly things clicked for me and everything was perfect. Except a little numbness when I wear it too long. I’m hoping to figure out the best way to minimize that for longest possible sessions between breaks.

Please state:

- Pros.. Heavy duty, easy to take off/put on, good customer service.

- Cons.. Not really comfortable, Cannot be worn hour after hour

- Results if you got any from using your ADS (and how long it took).. 4 months about .4 of an inch, length. Wearing around 2.5 hours a day, but this was combined with hanging 2 hours a day, 7 days a week, so hard to say. I feel the ADS works well in between split set hanging to prevent adhesions forming/turtling.

I use the VacExtender mod kit also as an ADS (Autoextender.com). I attach fishing weights up to 2 lbs to the cap.

Very comfortable, especially with weight under 1 lb.
Weight and penis hang down pants leg and are, for the most part, undetectable.
Easy to put on and wear.
I have worn 1 lb weight for up to 7 hours. 2 lb weight starts to ache after two hours.

Occasionally slips off if penis and sleeve are not completely clean and/or cap is not properly vented.
Glans can can get dried out or slightly bruised if worn too long with 2 lb weight.

I can not attribute specific gain because I combine its use with an extender and stretching. Combined, I have gained just over 1/2 inch in additional length after two years.

- Pros.. Very comfortable to wear. Spare parts are available, very well documented with videos, dvd, pdf file.
- Cons.. Learning curve to fasten/mount in. Slow shipping from Germany(2-3 weeks), spare parts are a bit costly.

After 3 years in an X4Labs extender, I changed to the Penimaster Pro. It has a well developed vacuum chamber for holding your Glans, to supply the "tug" or "pull".
Their use of a Latex "Diaphram" & Latex "Sluice", is to minimize/eliminate the chance of water blisters, edema, and to provide a "trailor hitch ball & socket" fastening mechanism.
I modified mine so I could plug in my Penis Pump to draw the vacuum. Honestly, I cannot believe how comfortable this thing is. I can now start running up the hours of wear and hot have to quit because of noose or comfort strap pain.
The package I bought came with a Suspender type strap, for over the shoulder OR strap to attach to your thigh.
If you have your receipt from another Extender purchase, they offer an 18% discount. On receipt of that, they email you a URL for the ordering of the discounted product.
I could not be more pleased with this product, especially given experience with the competitors products.

Dangler I’ve been having some trouble with numbness. I love the device in every way except for that it seems to give me trouble with putting pressure on some nerve or something. Have you had any trouble with numbness. Circulation is great. It’s a matter of hitting the dorsal nerve it appears. Just hoping have any suggestions.

I agree with Dangler, the penimaster pro is a good product. Too early for gains, but my flacid hang is longer. I’m averaging 6 hours a day (2 sets of 3 hours). During the weekend I easily average 12 hours in a day.

9inchtail, have you had any issues with numbness (ie has it been a con for you)? If so, please share how you’ve gotten around it.
