Andropenis ball burn

I have been wearing my Andropenis ADS for quite a while now and I feel like the ball burn I’m getting is preventing me from wearing it for a little longer at a time. I have read that some companies sell bigger bases for their extenders, but it seems like Adropenis doesn’t have this option. Also, sticking my scrotum through the base is impossible, I can’t even fit one ball in and my penis barely fits the hole itself. I wonder if anyone has found any solution to this? I wonder if wearing the ads with a more spacious base that allows you to put your scrotum in as well is actually comfortable, because then the axles might not be in the right alignment. Maybe I’ll try to design myself a base on a 3D printer in the future. I would certainly appreciate more comfort.

I have an X4 extender, but I assume they are basically the same. I leave my scrotum outside of the base, not sure how it would work otherwise. I just keep my shaft and balls lubed up pretty good to minimize the ball burn. Also stretch the scrotum out before starting. I can only last an hour before having to give my glans a break, seldom to never have to come out because of ball burn.
