Any use something like this before?

Was browsing the web and came across this and I though that would be pretty comfortable actually. I had to give up on my extender b/c after wearing it for a hour or two it was just way to painful. I did purchase a bathmate and am going to add that into my routine but I would like to also use an extender when Im not home to do jelqing or pumping. My job is pretty sweet and Im by myself all day long, not sweet enough to do jelqing but if I need to throw a extender on its no problem. Just seeing if anyone has had any experience with this kind of device. I am looking to get a new ADS but I dont want something that is going to bring me pain like the last three that Ive gone through.
