Anybody gained from extender but never from manual stretches before it?

Not sure that two 30 min pump sessions with a 5 min jelq between would stress the glans less than one 60 min session. My first pumping blister came about after I started pumping in the morning as well as the evening. Other more experienced pumpers might like to comment on this. Anyway the glans protector./ baby powder combo seem to be keeping the blisters at bay.

Its due to the lack of oxygen from the vacuum. The skin on the glans is succeptable. Thats why we break at 20 to 30 minutes, for oxygen.

Can’t say that I never gained with manual stretches, gained about 3/4” length from manual, but then I hit a plateau, no gains for 3-4 months, started extending, after about 2 months developed an inguinal hernia, and had to lay off for 2 months for surgery and recovery.

Now back to extending, after 1 1/2 months have gained just over 1/8” confirmed from several measurements.

Of course, I don’t know if it’s the extending or the result of the break.

Interesting man. I also have an inguinal hernia, but it doesn’t really bother me, not even at the gym..
So do you recommend me to take 2-3 months off doing nothing regarding PE and then try the vacextender I have just purchased? How many hours are you extending? And are you doing anything else apart from using the extender? Do you have a progress? Would be great to follow it


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I don’t know if the break affected anything or not, but it seems possible.

I try to wear the extender 5 hours a day minimum, if I can’t get that in I try to hang for 3 20inute sets and get in as much extender time as I can. I had made an AFB hanger when I plateaued and tried hanging for a bit, but found it kind of uncomfortable and also noticed some discoloration, so I try to avoid it. I try to keep to a 7 on schedule, but probably miss a day or 2 every 2 weeks.

That and a little jelquing is about all I’m doing right now, other than some manual stretches when I feel I haven’t put in enough time that day, would be like to add pumping later

BTW, my hernia was pretty painful, and quite an eyesore down there too lol , but I do understand that many of them aren’t painful at all

1/8 inch gain is very little mate. If you gained 1/4 or even 1/2 from the new extender routine could let me know? Then I would get good reasons to go for the extender or hanging way. Right now I am thinking that I will not ever gain again since I have already applied a lot of stress stretching 1h a day.
