Alright so I’ve been using my ebay style pro extender for 5 weeks, started late December?

I’m following the Jes extender routine,
Week 1, 1hr
Week 2, 2hrs
Week 3, 3hrs
And so on.. But can’t have this thing on for 5 hours like I’m supposed to.. And every 2 weeks increased tension has to be applied..

Would I still get results doing 3hrs a day for 6 months? Or will I have to have it on for at least 8 hours a day to actually stretch?

How long do you guys use your extender daily?

Levine did a study with progressive low tension and found results only in the groups that did 3+ hours.

Thank you so much. I wouldn’t know where to find that thread but I’ll try and find it. I’m really curious on reading about it. I will stay within the 3-4hr range, that’s doable. I just kept reading guys who have it on for 8-12hrs a day, and I honestly think that’s hard work.

Guys are of course dividing those 6, 8, 10, 12 hours into sessions of 90 minutes to 2,5 hours. It is doable if you have the privacy and time.

Wait, am I supposed to change the springs on the extender? I didn’t even check if the package came with them

I see that’s makes sense, so it’s not a straight 10 hours they’re doing..

It’s not really about privacy or time for me, it’s just discomfort after the 3hr mark, and not being able to get comfortable with it on. For 3 hours I can easily distract myself but after that I need to come off. I’m definitely going to do that progressive low tension for 3hrs, I’m definitely making gains, but it’s going to be slower

It’s not even recommended to do 3 hours on one set, it’s better to split the whole daily session in 1 hour sets, do 10 or 15 minutes massage on your unit and then reattach the extender. Safety first, you don’t really wanna cut off your blood supply for so long. Second, it’s so much doable on 1 hour sets than 3h sets, because you can rest, stretch the legs, pee, etc. In between sets.

I’ve been using this same device for 1 year and 2 months now, between 3hs a day to 5 hs a day, every weekday taking weekends off to rest. I started with 17cm BPFSL and I’m now 19.6cm (+1inch), and BPEL started around 16cm and I’m now at around 18.3cm (a bit less than 1 inch). I do the split sets as I said above.

I personally would not do more than 90 minute sets at a time. Also take at least a 15-30 minute break in between.

Has anyone that had used properly and consistently, the pro extender have got some results?? If it is the case , please tell about how much did you gain in cm , what period of time did you use it and how much long per day.

I remember reading a study from a few years back that suggested that gains plateaued beyond 4 hours a day, but risk of injury or adverse effect continued to increase.
Wish I could remember who it was that published it…

At any rate, I really can’t imagine spending more than 3 hours a day in traction. Aside from potential harm, I just don’t have that sort of time in my life.

Yeah I’m scared of the risks.. So far I haven’t had anything bad happen besides being sore and for some reason itchiness at the base of the shaft due to the stretched skin. I’m down to 2hrs a day that’s where I’ll stay, from the suggestions I got. For some reason I haven’t made any gains but I’m barely at only 6 weeks in, hopefully I can gain a 1 inch this year I’ll be happy

I have this proextender 3 ebay item cost around £15 in UK, the instructions answer some of the questions here where it basically says wearing 2 hrs a day gets you same result over a year as if you wear 12 hrs a day for 2-3 months. I also find discomfort with this device an the foam collar supplied is too small for my tool wtf!, I’ve ordered the cohesive tape on amazon so hoping that will sort comfort issue on wearing for long times, the item seems good quality an amazing value for the money am just wondering if there is a safer device out there am worried about the risks, some people saying don’t wear overnight yet instructions say you can safely.
