It’s not even recommended to do 3 hours on one set, it’s better to split the whole daily session in 1 hour sets, do 10 or 15 minutes massage on your unit and then reattach the extender. Safety first, you don’t really wanna cut off your blood supply for so long. Second, it’s so much doable on 1 hour sets than 3h sets, because you can rest, stretch the legs, pee, etc. In between sets.
I’ve been using this same device for 1 year and 2 months now, between 3hs a day to 5 hs a day, every weekday taking weekends off to rest. I started with 17cm BPFSL and I’m now 19.6cm (+1inch), and BPEL started around 16cm and I’m now at around 18.3cm (a bit less than 1 inch). I do the split sets as I said above.
