I previously did 6 months, 6 days a week around 3-4 hours. I gained. I took 3 months off due to living in a share house. I kept my gains and EQ. EQ being my main focus as I had ED from the age of 14, for a total of 15 years. PE gives me what I need to get it up and keep it up. Before starting I could only ever get a maximum 75% EQ, and if there wasn’t constant physical stimulation, I’d be done. I really want to share this information. That being said, upon returning I took 35mm of extension rods out. Did 2 weeks at 1-2 hours, 6 days a week. I just did 6 hour sessions for the last two days after a days break and upon finishing I noticed the vast difference. EQ was a little tired but it was a different feeling entirely, felt a good stretch and was longer and thicker for the rest of the day. Minimum flaccid hang is my only real length goal. Now, this is all extending 40mm under BPEL.
Thanks. I’m interested in learning more about people that stretch with little to no tension. I use an x-4 and an ebay extender (helps with mitigating between lengths) and I can never get any reasonable tension without pain (rare) or falling out (extremely common). I’ve gotten it to the point that I feel tension only when I firstly increase, then I adjust. Before long, I’m out of room to extend, and can’t get my penis inside the noose when I add another bar. Despite this lack of consistent tension, and my inability to get the tension bars to move, I seem to be getting some results.
I measured myself about a month ago and I got anywhere from 6.0-6.2, but no matter how hard I tried (heh) I could never get it above 6.2 (some measurements were below 6, but I wasn’t measuring fully erect). A few days ago I measured when fully erect and was pointing just above 6.25. So given that I used roughly 100 hours, I seem to have gained just under .1 of an inch. It’s hard to tell how much of this is just improved EQ, however, my plan is to be consistent for another 2 months, and measure again at Christmas.
