Does A Vac Extender Cause Less Slippage

I have the regular Extender from X4, and have been having it for several months, and have been able to get a good stretch out of it.

Slippage however ends up being my main problem, so that it’s not possible for me to keep my penis at the stretched length I would like to keep it at with the X4 so that I can obtain some growth.

Does anyone know if a Vac Extender has less slippage, and in that case, is superior compared to a regular Extender?

I never used a normal extender, but i know that it’s impossible to use it for more than 3 hours without slippage, pain or numbness in the glans.

Actually the extender i use is a vac one like this, and with the right techniques and experience i could use it for 8 hours straight if i didn’t had to pee, take a bath, go to work or sleep, so there’s way less slippage and i guess, more convenience and comfort.

Is that the Penimaster Vac Extender? I’ve been thinking actually about purchasing it. Do you know if the Penimaster Vac Extender is good for focusing on BPFSL, and if it will allow you to stay stretched above my regular erect length for a decent enough time?

It’s not the penimaster pro (penimaster vac extender), the one i use is a chinese copy of it, it’s harder to use it but it’s good enough for the job, and yes both are good to get flaccid and erect length, stretching your penis a bit above your erect length.

Could you tell me the name please of the Chinese product you purchased? What about the product made you think it’s more difficult to use rather than the Penimaster Pro?

Just a tip ; if you assemble an extender that are - when compressed with one hand - are at a length that the head of your penis almost is in front of the front piece of the extender. Then the noose will pull down, keeping your penis in place, and the extender pull your penis outwards, and not having the noose trying to pull forward «through» the head of the penis. You will then have less problem with slippage, and maybe also the noose doesn’t have to be that tight, so that you can have a small amount of blood coming to the head, and you can jelq some blood into the head every 20 minutes.

Exactly this. When the glans is well forward in the extender cradle the force of the attachment is down rather than forward and the issue of slippage gets eliminated.

Your first question: there’s no specific name, just type for searching in aliexpress for vacuum penis extender, i think that any will do the job.
