After my little rant about ESL40 I phoned the company about it and they basically told me to follow the instructions more carefully and make sure that the bungee cord is set at 70% of it’s original dangling measurement to the knee strap.Since then it’s been working fine. It has not been stretching as tight before with this new setting, but this new tension is what is required it seems. As a result there has been no more slippage of the cup. Though today it has come off twice, but there has been more tension I’ve been feeling in the cord. - Does this mean that my penis has been shorter today for some reason? Worry that a couple of days off of PE and stretching has made the penis hang shorter already.
Anyway, I also want to ask - should this stretcher be worn again say maybe 1 hour after doing PE?
As my PE consists of
20 mins Heat
20 mins Stretch
20 mins Jelqall after each other.
If I start ADS after all of this, especially if jelqing puts more blood into the penis, would ADS be worse for gains, or help? As my penis may be more full with blood an less flaccid for some time after PE.
But if my penis returns to 100% flaccidity, should that be ok to wear the ESL40 again and put the stretch stress back onto it?
In my opinion esl40 should be worn all the time except while sleeping. Use the highest possible tension that does not cause slipping off.
