Extender + Jelq Device = Jelqing Extender ?

All kinds of no… Besides it looking unsafe, what are the real benefits, you’re not going to get expansion you’d get from a jelq when not extended. I can’t see any upsides to this, just a load of downsides…

Is this jelqing device even safe? I mean I always heard that you shouldn’t engage the nerve on the top of the penis at all. This thing presses on it or?

An extender should be used with a flaccid penis while a jelq should be done with an 80% erected penis, so those exercises definitely don’t work well together, it also seems that you can get hurt near your glans if you get a hard erection.

I dont see the video as it is no longer available but I think the jelq device was used to force push the blood on the head to maintain ballooning?
