I would not resign yourself to ED because of your age.There are several steps you can try before an implant. Aside from good health, diet, exercise and viagra/cialis, l arginine etc
Search pub med and you will find many helpful medical studies on ED treatment.
Not all work for all but some work for some or more:
TRT
Shockwave Therapy
PRP injections
Stem Cell Injections
Exosome Injections
PT 141 injection does not cure ED but causes erections for manyIf you go with an implant you will find they are steadily improving the design.

Shockwave had no benefit but haven’t tried anything else on your list. Finding the right medical doctor and or clinic isn’t easy so I may have to do telemedicine.
I’m going to have bloodwork done and see If I would benefit from TRT.
