I have a prince albert piercing. And I take the ring out before I put my phallosan forte on. Does anyone have any experience with using extenders with piercings? Any complications because of the hole?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
I’m not 100% sure how the Forte works, but as long as there’s not an air leak through the hole, I wouldn’t think there would be a problem.
Pump users just leave the ring in and go for it for the most part.
I’m just wondering if it’ll mess with the piercing hole or whatever. Because I really don’t want to gauge up anymore.

Thats a good question. A pump I see no problem doing it with the ring. But an extender? First you need to remove the ring to fit the cup. Then there is a tremendous force applied on the glans between the vacuum and the pull.

When I use a pump I take it out anyways. And I definitely take it out when stretching. I just wanna know if this is gunna change the shape or size of the piercing hole.
