fatigue?
Does anyone experience fatigue after certain period wearing extenders?

I wore it for up to 12h/day, didn’t feel any fatigue. I tried to set the tension as high as possible, no fatigue thou.

I'm targetting length for now. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!

Only when I combined it with other PE or if I did really long sessions (15 hours+) a day.
