It doesn’t look like it will remain stealth at all. Those sharp edges will be bulging if you’re on the longer side of spectrum. But this is my opinion, don’t take it for granted. I cannot wear a cheapo proextender without it bulging on one leg of the pantalones.

So, for me and a good few hundreds of happy customers it virtually replaces hanging. It can create forces over over 40lbs. Not that that would ever be safe or necessary.
Personally I use it as if I am actually hanging and that is how I designed it to be used.
The newer model APEX is the evolution of this product.
