Glans skin dry and peeling off with vacuum extender

I’m running into a problem with my vacuum extender which I didn’t have before. It is causing the skin on the glans to become dry, brittle, and peel off, leaving the glans very red and sore, which prevents me from further use of the extender. I need to wait about a week for it to heal, but then it just happens again. I’ve tried using a lot of moisturizer/oil applications before and after sessions, but it doesn’t help.

Has anyone else run into this problem and has any solutions?

I have the exact same problem with my Penimaster pro. What I started doing to help is whenever I’m not using the device I cover my glans with petroleum jelly, then I wrap my dick with cling wrap to keep it in place and to keep it from rubbing off and making a mess on my clothing. I would wear it wrapped like that while I slept and while at work all day. Really helped with the dryness problem.

Same here. Dry and hard skin at the tip. Cold and white. After few minutes It returns normal. Doing 2x 4-6 hours a day 2-3 hour break between

That sounds really dangerous. The penis head is a mucus membrane and absorbs things very easily.

I hope you’re not using PVC cling wrap.

If you need to keep your glans moist, please consider using some diluted glycerin instead.

Hey guys, same thing here, basically 1 hour will cause my glans to be white, scaly, and peeling. It takes 4 days to recover, and I absolutely cannot use my bathmate in that time. I have the penimaster pro, and it’s very scary because it looks like a fungal infection but it’s not, I clean it very well with alcohol wipes. Outside of it, I need to treat it with coconut oil and Man 1 man oil, but I’m trying to find a protective cap to see if that will work. Just ordered some big Toe protectors, and am hoping that will fit snug over my glans. Are you still experiencing this? This is the only thread I heard of anyone else experiencing this.

I’m on my 2nd day of using O’Keefe working feet, didn’t have the hands one, and diluting isopropyl alcohol with water to clean my penimaster after each use,. So far, my glans are normal. I’m just afraid to use my bathmate for a while as this is when I really noticed the problem.

Could be too much pressure/time from extender. Difficult to say. I’ve had less problem with dryness and such working my way up to six hours. I generally rinse my penis with warm water for a bit once I remove the unit then immediately try to trap the moisture using a pretty heavy application of grape seed oil. I also do not masturbate for the next 6 hours or so, although I do, do helicopters first 20-30 minutes after removing the unit.

I think if I did a big leap of time or started from cold to maximum pressure I’d have dryness, irritation and more return.
