Monkeybars Constriction Sleeve are the best option.
I have tried all and Constriction Sleeve are the most effective. They just stick to the glans.

The Phallosan Forte comes with these gel/silicone based protective sleeves to protect the head from suction. Noose type extenders come with beige “skin colored” gel coated glans protectors. I also have the PF and have been using ZenToes on Amazon for sometime. Works well. Wish they were a bit larger but still better and a better value than the cap included with the PF.

I looked at the zentoes. It’s two inches long. One of the links I listed is 2.7 inches long. The width widens overtime with use.

I like the idea of a longer size. The zentoes are pretty small. Glad you looked more deeply than I did. I looked at the links and saw 2.3 length for one and another one looked like it was for fingers and not toes so it might be too narrow. Could you tell me which one you suggest is the 2.7 length? Thank you.

Some of them in the pack are 2.7 inches long. They are narrow but super stretchy. I use them for my Phallosan forte and sometimes when I pump. My girth at full erection at the glans is 13cm and just behind that, 15cm. When not erect I’m way under that and squishy. The only problem I’ve head is when they are very new they tend to slip forward/off a little to which I just adjust it. Once worn in and washed regularly for natural body oil and sweat they work great.
