High tension or low tension

I think increase the tension after 15 min ,then leave tension there for a hour and half ,then lower the tension, fluctuate the tension.

I thought of this before, but I found the best gains with low tension and long hours. I notice my flaccid hang would be much lower and consistent

How long it take you to get those gains? What is and where did you get an Ab silicone anti turtle sleeve?

It took me 2 1/2 years ,but there slowly down a whole lot almost to nothing. I want to incorporate low weight hanging with the extender but I would like to have some advice . If been trying to incorporate 19 oz with heat at 40 min.then strapping the penis master pro on for 3 to 4 hours a day after work .the ab silicone sleeve I where at work for 4 to 6 hours a day.

It’s a anti turtle sleeve ,witch I use on a daily basis. It keeps u in the elongated state for the hours that you are not doing pe so ur unit will heal in that state I try too ware mine at least 4 to 6 hours a day at work.

I just seen some modified ones on autoextender.com

The auto extender ones are pretty good but don’t last as long. I had those ,I was wearing them for awhile but they go worn out quickly ,but kept the end cap and used it with the ab silicone sleeve . I ordered 5 of them still using the first one from 5 months ago . I use the newer one for more constrictive and the old one for not as much . Hope this helped.

Thank you, on that Absilicone site I saw some really dope stuff. One of the sleeves is supposed to be an ads type sleeve, should I get that one instead of the anti turtle?

Don’t know I haven’t ever used one of those . But I will tell u the anti turtle sleeve are durable I didn’t even have to cut mine . I have used the pumping sleeve to witch is pretty good to. But I will have to tell u it takes about two to three weeks to get them , Hope this helps.

About an inch sometimes it varies,depending on erection quality. Hope the sleeve helps.
