Homemade Phallosan

Hi Guys,

I wanted to buy the Phallosan, but I saw many complaints about it so I decided to build my own homemade phallosan. I haven’t build it yet but this is what I have in mind. My idea is pretty simple.

All you need is:
- An adjustable bag or shoulder strap
- A swivel snap
- An O ring or a D ring
- A vacuum cap (of the VacExtender)
- The blue sleeve of the VacExtender or masturbation sleeve

You should be able to adjust the size of your bag or shoulder strap of your waist so you can get a good stretch. So let’s pretend the size of your waist is 3 feet. Your bag or shoulder strap should be adjustable within the range of 2 to 4 feet.

The O ring/ D ring should be bigger than your girth size.

The bag/shoulder strap usually contains a swivel snap, so you won’t have to buy one.

The swivel snap and the O ring/D ring should be attached to the bag/shoulder strap. I would prefer that the swivel snap and the O ring/D ring should be stainless steel so these won’t rust.

How to apply it:
You should attach the O ring/D ring first to your penis. After that you should apply the vacuum cap and the blue sleeve/masturbation sleeve on your penis.

Attach the swivel snap to the vacuum cap. Now you can adjust the size of the bag/shoulder strap to the size you prefer. And you’re done!

Now you have your own homemade phallosan.

PS: If the O ring/D ring hurts you can use a piece of cloth to get a more comfortable stretch.

Any suggestions to make the device better are welcome!

I forgot to mention something. To stop the build up fluid build up you can use one of those three protections:

- The Protector Caps of Phallosan

- Fluid cone/Constriction sleeve of the VacExtender

- Anti-fluid Tape of the VacExtender

I plan to make this.
I use a sleeve type ADS.
I like the Phallosan configuration.
I hang so I like to keep things extended to avoid retraction.

A few months ago, I made an ADS inspired by the Phallosan . I used the sleeve of an esl40. The ring comes from a dog toy and the loops from a sports bag. The strap was purchased in an hardware store.

Just what I was looking for! I was checking out the Phallosan video and it seemed like the best ADS available, but there is no way I’m parting with £225! I’m going to try and make one the way you suggest. I’ll let you know how I get on with it. thanks for the advice man :) .

I made something a month or so back that was loosely based on a version from another thread, been wearing for a few weeks and already noticed some gains. The components are:

1. Plastic bottle top
2. Non-lubricated condom
3. Large Rubber o-ring
4. Adjustable elastic belt
5. Stainless steel bolt, eye bolt, coupling nut and neoprene washers.

It’s super simple to build:
1. Drill small hole on tip of plastic bottle top
2. Insert bolt placing neoprene washers on both sides.
3. Slip condom over top
4. Screw on coupling nut and eye bolt
5. Tie belt around o-ring

Here is a photo. This one has a double layer of washers and nuts to make sure there is a good air seal on both the cap and the condom.
