How do I find the right size of this Chinese penis extender?

I want to try this glans cap and since it is cheap, why not…problem is - how do I find the right size??

**GUIDE:**

select LARGE size when the penis is more than 36mm(1.42”),

select MEDIUM size when penis is less than 36mm(1.42”) and more than 25mm(1”）,

select Small size when penis is less than 25mm(1”),the sleeve maybe need to be cut the tip when you use it.

Is that diameter, radius, circumference, what?

With that shit tier Engrish there is no way to know, but I’m betting there are many users here that are using the same device (asa it is mass produced) and know how to find the right size.

My goal is to get the cap and combine it with Penimaster Pro extender as its cap is not optimal.

Do you think that would work?

My circumference at fattest point is about 5.5 inches or so.

Based on the measurement you cite, don’t be surprised that the largest size cap will barely fit or be too small. Furthermore don’t be surprised if the rubber sleeves have pin holes and tons of little air bubbles that end up not enabling you to hold vacuum. This is what you get from China…. junk! Additionally don’t expect it to arrive anytime soon. They are notorious for slow shipping. Remember the bitterness of poor quality lasts long after the cheap price is forgotten.

What are the alternatives you suggest?

If money is an issue and you can’t afford a quality system at this time, I would suggest you stick with an aggressive hand stretching & jelqing routine.
Save your money and invest in quality equipment when funds become available. When it comes to weight hanging and pumping, the Chinese made devices are low quality products that break easily and for the most part ineffective.

Hand work is out of question, since I need hands for my job. I need passive method, a device to wear while I’m working at computer.

Penimaster was supposed to be good, bu almost unusable.
