Is there a work safe upwards ADS?

I’m convinced that stopping the turtle all day long, even at a low pressure will make a huge difference over time.

Appreciate the response but that one is going for a downwards pull, much like the auto ads (or is it auto extender?) the red thing which was popular a while back.

I built a strap like the one in the picture and it worked great. It’s best with loose sweats. Belts could present a problem.

You really needn’t worry about stretching ligaments by using an extender pointing downwards, I don’t think. Some guys hang 20lbs> religiously (Modesto :) ) and don’t stretch their ligs a millimeter.
