But bottom line is start out easy ( that is with low force, and that will be alternative #3, and get your penis accustomed to the extender) It takes some practice to strap in correctly and learning to do it safely.

See, I can stretch my penis in the extender as far up-to my full erect length which is 6.25 inches comfortably.
But in situations like when I have to be at work, or move around a lot in home, having my flaccid penis at 6.25inches stretched in the extender becomes quite difficult as I have to constantly manage my movements to avoid accidental jerk.
So in that case, if I keep my penis at say 5-5.5inches stretched in the extender, will I be able to see any gains or will it be just waste of time
(And I don’t wanna waste time having worn it for say 4 months each day 4-6 hours at 5.5inches but turns out I got no growth because my Full erect penis length is 6.25inch so having it at 5.5inch didn’t even cause any mitosis cell growth)

#Side note :- about the tension in the extender, I keep it to the lowest, I’m mainly concerned about how far to actually stretch the penis.
