JES extender with Tetherspout

This is the Tetherspout I mentioned in my ‘progress’ thread. It’s basically a hollow bolt and a washer you assemble inside the fossa navicularis (space inside the glans). The usual spout has a tapered end; this is the threaded version. The maker sells them as, basically, penis jewelry.

I made the clear sleeve from 9mm vinyl tubing. It is retained by the nut. For my purposes (correcting meatal damage) the sleeve is the important part.

The extender is a cheap JES copy. I made the aluminum crosspiece from 1x1/8” angle with a saw and sander. The Tetherspout snaps into it.

The threads on the extender rods are 4x.7mm, at least on the one I have. I used stainless steel button head screws.
