I think you have made some very impressive modifications and great gains too in such a short space of time. I hope that you continue making the gains you desire and thank you for your contribution. It has been appreciated. I am thinking of getting the Vac Ext 2 in an attempt to get a decent ADS device and also evaluate its ability to “correct” my curve to some degree with the use of that auto v stretch. Only draw back is having to possibly replace items which I am not keen on. So you adjustment may come handy in due time.

I’ve also found some of the components for the VacExtender to be cheap and cheerful and have opted for more comfortable and safer mods when using the ADS in waist mode. The metal ring supplied didn’t line up properly where the ends of the circle butted together, consequently it formed a sharp edge! - I don’t know much about Monkeybar’s production methods, but it sure lacks quality control. - I now use a 2” wide piece of bicycle inner-tube around 2” dia. This folds over giving a double layer of 1” wide by 2” dia. Taking a nicely engineered key ring, I’ve worked it over the inner-tube so as the two form like a chain link; one ring running through the other. I’ve also sacked the chepo elastic that resembles a garrotte and opted for wide elasticised strap, one side taken from a pair of braces, or suspenders as I believe they’re called States side (anyway, they’re for holding your trousers up). There’s the added advantage of the elastic strap having quick release clasps either end and being adjustable. One clasp attaches to the key ring, the other to the head function of the ADS.

What I failed to mention in my previous post is that my setup incorporates a second smaller key ring through the eye already in the headpiece, but it’s all evident, I hop, in the attached pics

It looks good. One thing I would change for myself is the key ring attached to the head piece, because it would be too much trouble to take off for using the extender. A loop made of rope or the elastic that monkeybar provides, would thread through the hole and could be untied quickly.

It’s no hassle removing the ring through the head, it’s a lot lighter than the one through the rubber cuff and the ends just over lap so it clips easily. It may take marginally longer to remove than the string you suggest, but I’m not that desperate for a few mili seconds and am satisfied with the way it is.As for the elastic supplied, like I already said, I sacked that for the sake of comfort.

Your modifications look good. I will try that with mine as it is quite uncomfortable.

Are you making any gains using the ADS around the waist?

I seem to be making temporary gains that disappear almost as soon as I remove the ADS for any reason. And of course there’s over night which means more or less starting again the following morning, but it’s too early yet to see anything consolidating, I’ve only had the extender since November.

I think it is worth bumping this thread.
I have a vac extender and been using it as an ADS with PE weights.

While I did get solid results from it (5” -> 6” flaccid) I did not make any erect gains.
Problem with it is that I am sitting most day and this way I don’t get much pull.
Also it is everything but stealthy. I got a lot of looks and I’m still a bit amazed I have never been asked why my dick looks so weird in my pants…

The strap method in comparison provides a constant stretch, is pretty stealthy AND it’s dirt cheap to construct.

I’ve used this, and sometimes I still give it a try; it seems to me anyway that the traction sideways is not as effective as a traction up/down/frontward.

Even if I can apply the same traction with this around-the-waist vacextender, which is extremely comfortable, I think I gained more wearing (for shorter time) the penimaster. Too bad it’s far less stealth, and far far less comfortable.
