New To PE And I Just Bought My First Noose Type Extender

Hi, I’m 24 and I’m new to this. I literally just ordered my first device a couple of days ago. I live in a 3rd world country and it’s literally the only one I could find so I’m not sure if it will come with any manuals.

I have a few questions..

1) How long should I put it on for optimal results?

2) How far should I stretch my penis?

3) Should I do any warm-ups when I put it on or leave it as is?

4) If I get an erection, should I take the device off?

5) Are there any supplementary routines I can try to maximize my gains?

I’m currently at 6 inches BPEL with a 5.2 girth at the shaft and 5.5 at the base. Hoping to gain at least an inch using this device within the next year or so. Not too concerned about girth as I’m pretty satisfied with mine already. I’m aiming for around a .1 or .2 increase in the next couple of months though. Is that achievable?

Any and all advice is welcome. Please don’t recommend another device though.. I can’t find them anywhere in my country and international shipping is out of the question.

Thanks and have a nice day

Good luck

Can’t find any on the noose type specifically

The questions you are asking are not dependent on noose, strap or vac cap extenders.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Start at ten minutes on, ten minutes off. After a few days go to fifteen on, ten off. A few more days, twenty on, ten off.

The extender may come with pieces of foam to use as pads for the noose. Winding a strip of cloth around your shaft may work better. You’ll have to experiment and find out what works best for you. The wrap helps prevent irritation behind the glans, but it’s also to keep the frenulum or soft skin underneath from getting pinched where the noose goes through the sled.

Tighten the noose enough that you don’t slip out, and no more. You don’t want to cut circulation off.

2) How far should I stretch my penis?

It’s only going to stetch a few mm and then it’ll stop. The springs in the extender will put tension on it. After that, you put in the hours.

3) Should I do any warm-ups when I put it on or leave it as is?

You can just strap in if you want. Five or ten minutes with a heat pad or rice sock wouldn’t hurt, but it’s not mandatory.

4) If I get an erection, should I take the device off?

I don’t know if there’s a medical reason, but if it was me, I’d take it off for a while, or at least loosen the noose.

5) Are there any supplementary routines I can try to maximize my gains?

Jelquing and heat are popular.

It’s a reasonable goal. But you get what you get; it’s not something you can be sure of.

Keep a log of your time in the extender. Note if you use heat or jelq and for how long. Keep track of “rods and lines” on the extender. Note your padding or wrap in each session. Put as many hours in as you can, and don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate results. If you get raw or your glans gets numb, take a break for a day or two, reduce your time per session, and work back up.

1) How long should I put it on for optimal results?

I’d start with an hour a day, then two hours a day after a week, then three hours a day the third week, etc. Go until you’re at 6-8 hours a day total. Do that daily if possible, and just keep going and going - for at least six months.

2) How far should I stretch my penis?

In the beginning, you’re only looking for a gentle stretch. The first 50-100 hours you should be stretching at maybe an inch or so below your erect length. Over time, go longer and harder as your dick will allow. If you are in any discomfort or see any signs of injury, take a break or dial things back down.

3) Should I do any warm-ups when I put it on or leave it as is?

I don’t warm up, but some find that a little manual stretching helps them get in the device easier. Heat itself may also help loosen you up.

4) If I get an erection, should I take the device off?

I don’t usually bother - I’ve had a few semis in the device, nothing really raging, and it stayed on just fine.

5) Are there any supplementary routines I can try to maximize my gains?

Manual stretching, jelqing, clamping, etc, are all options. But I don’t do any of those. I don’t want to overwork my junk, and I kind of think a very long term, subtle stretching routine that is easily maintainable is kind of the way to go anyway.

FYI youcan google “how to use a penis extender” and will find recommended procedures from a couple of the manufacturers.

I have a few questions..

1) How long should I put it on for optimal results?
-Think in terms of 1000 hrs to see optimal results. At the start you need to condition your penis to using the extender. Strap it on and see how it feels and how long you can leave it on without too much discomfort. It may be 15min, it may be longer. Then add time everyday until you can comfortably stay in for an hour.

I targeted 4 hrs/day, occasionally got in more, sometimes less. Other guys are able to consistenly get in more time. All depends on lifestyle, perseverance and your ingenuity to squeeze in PE time during the day.

Never ever, ever, ever sleep in your extender add a couple never evers in there to reinforce how dangerous that is. Tissue starts to die in as little as 20 minutes without fresh blood.

2) How far should I stretch my penis?
-What is your BPEL and what is your BPFSL? An extender is primarily working with your BPFSL. As it gains, your BPEL will follow. The manufacturer’s instructions say to target your BPFSL plus a little more as tour setting length. However you need to understand that measuring with the extender on is not likely to be the same as with it off. For example, in my case I have a large glans and it is not stretched while in the extender, so my measurement is shorter. Ruler placement is different and can also result in non matching lengths.

So what I advise is to know your BPFSL and try and get close, but don’t stress if your dick is under moderate tension and you are not matching. Remember this measurement and use it as a baseline. With practice you will soon strap in and go by feel and not overly worry about measuring.

3) Should I do any warm-ups when I put it on or leave it as is?
-Heat is always good. Warm up helps to get to your target measurement when strapping in. I would also wrap a hearing pad around the extender when I was able to. Tough walking around the house that way, though.

4) If I get an erection, should I take the device off?
-I never had this as an issue. If it occurs I would be concerned about the additional restriction to your glans and would pay very close attention to it. If in doubt, take it off and strap back in when you can.

5) Are there any supplementary routines I can try to maximize my gains?
-The concern with additional PE routines is that you may be overtraining your dick. I tried pumping and extending the same day and over did it. It’s up to you to find out what works best for your dick. You may find, for example, that 3 hrs per day of extending is all your dick can handle. Or maybe it is 4. Or maybe you like 2 hrs of jelqs and stretchs followed by 2 hrs of extending work. Or maybe your regular routine is 4 hrs/day and due to schedule problems you can only get in 2 hrs, so you add in 2 hrs of jelqs&stretches.

Not too concerned about girth as I’m pretty satisfied with mine already. I’m aiming for around a .1 or .2 increase in the next couple of months though. Is that achievable?
-Everyone gains differently. With perseverance your goal is not out of line for the year. Don’t obsess over the first couple months.
