Hi Mik. I’m using an extender myself for the same time per day as you, but I find that ~460g of tension is the most I can tolerate. I extend for 2 sessions a day, so each session is from 2 to 4 hours long. I’m using the Penimaster pro, which I find to be very comfortable in general.

I’m just wondering how you manage the tension of 1200g. Is the secret lots of breaks? Did you have to work up slowly to that level? Also, any tips for padding the pubic bone?

Yes, key is the little breaks. I use my cellphone to chronometer 1 hour exactly, stop it, take around 5 to 10 minute breaks with warm heat pad and then reattach the whole thing for another 1 hour (remember to start the clock again). Also not all devices measure tension equally in my opinion, I’m sure it marks 1200gr but its surely 10 to 20% less tension, mine is a Chinese knockoff from eBay. Also tension on the noose is important, don’t over do it, leave room for blood and movement, do not tourniquet your dick until you almost cut the blood supply.

If your pubic bone is sore, buy any soft gel silicone sex toy and cut it to make you some kind of padding, or use cotton gauze, anything softer than the plastic ring would help. Also try using the device pointing up to your chin to avoid injuries in your ligs, and move it a bit down from time to time to release tension and then put it back up again.

If the ridge behind your glans isn’t very prominent, a wrap or two of self-adhesive bandage around the shaft and a loose wrap over the ridge will give more grip for the noose.
