ordering from pmdevice.com - should I feel worried ?

I finally decided to get myself a PeniMaster, so 2 days ago I ordered one from https://www.pmdevice.com . I payed with my credit card and the first 5 times it didn’t work for some reason. I checked my bank account, just in case… Anyways, I waited a few hours and tried again and this time it did work. I got to the page where it says that everything was successful and I should receive some letter with shipping information. This time money was drawn from the account. Now, 2 days later, I have still haven’t received any letter. I have tried to contact their support 3 times, but no answer.

Should I feel worried ?

Jeez, I don’t know why everyone lately has been having issues with pmdevice. I payed through check, maybe that’s why, and I had everything on time and everything that was supposed to be in the nice case. Make sure you give them all your info at the ordering email address (except your full card number, they might ask for the last 4 digits). I would wait 2 more days, sometimes it takes 3 days. Call then, since it went through, after the 4th or 3rd day and make issue with it. If by any chance you don’t receive word in the week, drop it. I know with that experience you wouldn’t want to send them a check, but I had no problems with sending a check whatsoever. The prices at the official German pm site are pretty high compared to the pmdevice site. A week is more than enough time for a corporation to give you notice.

How is it working for you ?

It’s working great! There’s many a ways that it can work for you too. All my length has been from it. Start off on lower tension though (and break every hr) and see what gains you get from it first before even seeking higher (hanging) tension (which should be at the most 20 minutes). The 3 year warranty is great. I only got a new part once, which was partially my fault, but it didn’t matter. You get the spares from Germany within a week.

That sounds pretty cool. I just hope that everything works out at pmdevice.com and I get my extender. Cant wait to start getting bigger :D

Check to make sure that the email from pmdevice is not being blocked by your spam filter or ISP.
